You technically can kill him, but it's exceedingly impractical.
You would need to find every body, every server, every possible backup on the planet.
He's as immortal as you can really get.

Yharim achieved a power level to the degree he has without an auric soul and within ~100 years
Is he still weaker than Xeroc? Yeah, absolutely, but the doubt here comes from the fact a mortal was able to achieve such insane highs of strenght in far less time than Xeroc has
