with that said heres some of my personal guesses on dragon morality. Vetrasyl and Zaelithar excluded bc we know those (Very Nice guy and Very Not Nice guy)
Zeratros - Lawful neutral type guy. Not necessarily always benevolent but overall wants to keep the world in order, not evil but can also do some things that may seem unecessarily cruel for the greater good
Frost - I like to think he was a major loner. Not outright evil, but much like the cold, bitter and harsh. Wouldn't go out of his way to Be Evil and Kill People or anything, but if you suddenly approached him he might tell you to fuck off, and if you don't you might get frozen.
Tides - This one is interesting because Tyrian absorbed their soul. Tyrian as far as we know was a benevolent god, and while Tides COULD just be another evil dragon, i feel like it'd be far more interesting if they weren't, showing even good people can do things that aren't exactly Good for the sake of what they think is right or whatnot. Personally i like to think Tides was also sort of a loner, but unlike Frost, was much more calm and welcoming. Neutral, i suppose.
