Remember that the only reason Draedon doesn't use auric souls is because he has no practical way to obtain them. If the dragon cult didn't genocide the auric dragons, Draedon would have used them as livestock.

It might have been Infernum that added it because it did give me an Infernum drop after I beat it now that I think-
