We don't know about Slime Gods' during/post-Crusade ambitions but it doesn't seem to seek to undo the Evil Biomes, but has turned to wielding their strength as it's own in the form of the Paladins

Presumably if it managed to ingest literally all of the God Essence imbued in the Evil Biomes, it would probably skyrocket in power, but in turn would also probably lose themselves to that hunger
