Even if you spread all the ones you have very tactically to cause as much destruction as possible, the worst comes from the fallout in these scenarios, as well as the specific targeting if that's accounted for.
"Complete surface wiper" from exploding every nuke at once are kinda hard, at least from the explosion itself

Crust-destruction is even more impossible; not even 100 years ago we had an earthquake that released seismic energy far greater than any nuke combined. And beyond that we also have to consider that the crust is a several kilometers, if not several tens of kilometers and in some positions even 100 kilometers thick structure of various rocks that cover the entire planet, and gegh, nothing we have comes remotely close to destroying allat
