A person who yells and screams at all those around doesn't mean they don't feel sorrow. It's easier to pretend these sorts of people just don't feel emotion. It puts a divide between you and those types of people in your mind. You get to think of them as "less human". But pretending that's the case doesn't make it true. Yes, it's haard pill to swallow sometimes, but is always needs to be remembered that no matter how awful somebody is, they feels things, too. But at the same time, you have to understand that that fact doesn't justify their actions.
