The take I've done with my friend is on the lower end of Large Island Level, it assumes that the hole was evaporated
One take I've seen a whole lotta people go with assumes subatomic destruction due to a bunch of statements, and it can reach up to Multi-Continent to Moon Level, personally I don't really agree with this one cause while Godzilla's breath does work on a quantum state, that doesn't mean that it subatomizes everything it touches
