Not all of them are gods, but they are worshiped by the people of the world, and that worship gives them dominion over their respective domain, however even without that dominion, they're all still extraordinarily powerful.
It's not totally lore accurate, but i tried to stay as faithful as possible. So far i have the following:
- Xeroc: The Light God
- Noxus: The Dark God
- Providence: The Goddess of Purity
- Cthulu: The God of Chaos
- The Moon Lord: The God of Balance
- Silva: The Goddess of Life
- Yharim: The God of Conquest
- Calamitas: The Goddess of Calamity
- Catastrophe: The God of Suffering
- Cataclysm: The God of Destruction
- The Devourer: The God of Subspace
- Astrum Deus: The God of the Stars
- Draedon: The God of Fabrication
- Yharon: The Last Dragon God
- Storm Weaver: The God of Storms
- Signus: The God of Discord
- Ceaselss Void: The God of the Void

but what else could I add? I want each god to have a certain degree of "Domain", but it's loose

My one disagreement is that Cthulhu is explicitly not an entity in Calamity, just a descriptor. My personal interpretation of Calamity metaphysics would have me put Xeroc (Primordial Light) as God of Order and Noxus as God of Chaos, but it's far from 100% certain that's what they truly represent in canon. (That being said, as it stands having a God of Chaos but not a God of Order seems to be a point of interest.) Moon Lord representing Balance also feels weird to me. I'm also not sure what you mean by "Subspace" for DoG. I would also personally simplify Draedon to God of Technology.
