For the sniper scope thing, I think there can be a few reason there:

  1. many player just upgrade their accessory to the final version, it is generally a no brainer solution except that upgrading destroyer emblem just happens to give a completely different effect if you are not used to it (just like how elysian was "better" than asgardian aegis) with no way to disable it

  2. Weapon with right click most of the time is legendary/challenge drop, so you are punished from using possibly BIS weapon or forced to refarm Demblem

  3. the town npc part do get somewhat annoying, yes accessory swapping but at the sametime constant accessory swapping also gets annoying

  4. sniper scope differs from previous "visibility disable effect" case in that it has no actual visual component, so disabling visual of sniper scope have no downside

@tardy smelt generally for weapon buff/nerf suggestion you always have to provide solid stat, such as kill time and average dps etc, basically without proper stats (unless the case is REALLY obvious), it generally is hard to get accepted
