The pulse itself is very strong, and the time between beats can be easily shortened by not using items that consistently boost regen like Regeneration Potion, Campfire, Heart Lantern, Honey, Grand Gelatin, Fairy Boots, etc
The Sickness debuff amplification is a bit unfortunate considering there are only three relevant Sickness debuffs at that stage, one of which cannot be consistently applied
But the strongest of them is already applied by the accessory itself and the weakest is still very strong and can be consistently applied via flasks
The recursive beats and health on beat kill effects make it extremely powerful outside of boss content and is the best use of the accessory imo, so buffing it will just make it completely stomp everything that isn't a boss even more than usual
