I think after I do a very hard run I'll try sam dlc on hard
because after hearing people talk about how hard armstrong is and I beat him on my second attempt I realized that normal is way too easy

i had trouble too but 30 minutes and he was done

like I said before, there were 2 or 3 attacks in armstrongs fight that I literally didnt know what to do against
but it was normal mode so facetanking was viable

I got him down to 130% on Very Hard with no upgrades at all besides the dodge move
the fight takes 30 minutes in total
it took me 7 minutes to get him to 130%

Like I was forced to learn all of armstrong's attacks in the base game on hard mode because everything dealt a lot of damage and I only had 1 nanopaste
but dlc armstrong was a breeze just because it was normal mode
thats the fight that I didnt know how to dodge half the attacks of lol

armstrong was a nightmare for me, his throwing projectile qte is horrid to align with a controller

in rev mode, dlc armstrong spams that fire charge 7 times in a row and does 100% damage with each hit

I didnt know how to dodge all of the attacks relating to fire and the one where he grabs you
in the base game his grab attack was easy to avoid just by running around him
but in dlc he homes in on you like a friggin missile

I made light's bane do 50% more damage and inflict shadowflame
which helps that
but you shouldn't really be using that on bosses anyway lol
stylist's scissors ignore 100% of enemy defense and got a 100% damage buff
