how absorber works internally is it checks UseItem, and checks if the healing amount of that item is over 0

how much the item actually heals doesn't matter or if the item actually did the healing, the only thing that matters is that the player has used the item and it heals an amount of health

when you quick buff with honey, it uses the item and it has a healing amount, so it procs the aura. you can then right click to cancel the honey buff and use the item again, spawning another aura

also, i haven't tested but this should work with bloom stone

Move slowly to one side on the projectile rain

Do other things and check Angler every day
