I think I'm the only person alive to care about this but Infernum Old Duke has a rotten chunk vomit attack like base Calamity but with those homing acid balls instead of Sulphurous Sharkrons. I have never seen this EVER before today across my countless playthroughs, he did it once in 2 fights and never again completely randomly.
