while morning star summon tag totals to +24% DPS to all your minions

it's actually the strongest overall summon tag effect in the game, but kaleidoscope is only 1% weaker in exchange for higher attack range, base dmg, and attack speed

Infernum's Perditius is also very good sometimes as it's the only whip with flat tag damage available

but it gets out scaled by Kalei and MStar lategame
