the fight needs a lot of air time, wings of rebirth are usually better than tracers.
I'd also recommend affliction over rampart but that's personal taste.

if you don't know already the primordial wyrm is a normal boss fight in Infernum and drops some busted mage weapons, those carried me endgame.
