okay so i am playing infernum summoner playthrough and i have that stupid issue with my summons despawning randomly out of nowhere. do you know any big, more known mod that could cause that annoying mess? and if you ask for mod list, gl finding it bc i have like 140 of them (many small ones that dont even change anything gameplay-wise)

okay, i dont know why, i dont know how i got STILL 112 mods after deleting most random stuff, but seriously all im using are calamity mod with add ons except niche and unbalanced ones, visual enhancments, non-gameplay tweaks, some of my personal choice (only a few), popular qol (nycros no hit, fargos mutant, alchemist npc, prismas pristine potions, quality of terraria, etc) and libraries required by some mods, thats it 💀

he just randomly spawned while I was exploring and i almost beat him
Turbulance is very good, remember to use stealth strikes and purposefully miss the head so it creates more homing wind blades
Tracking disk is also amazing and easier to use
Accessory wise use either bundle of balloons or fledgling wings, because skyline wings are bugged to be a much slower than they're supposed to be
You can also convert worm scarf to brain of confusion at a graveyard+ tinkerer's workshop but that's up to you
I heard you can get better air mobility by using Fledgling Wings, as long as you're okay with the significant reduction in airtime

The Dungeon managed to generate all the way down to the Underworld, and the Shimmer is a lot lower than it should be

Because beating calamity is not a particularly hard achievement, and can easily be done unoptimized
(but if you do beat it, great on you)
However that doesn't mean the choices made to beat the game are automatically the best
cuz its adds % to the dmg, and you can also whipstack
which makes expecially later weapons much stronger
and cal didnt balanced summoner weapons around whips
They're the only way to try and make them not OP early game while also keeping them relevant late game

The only change in tag damage is it used to be flat damage, now it's a multiplicative increase.
You can still whipstack, use flasks, whatever. Whipstacking is even stronger now because they stack multiplicatively with each other too, iirc.

However stealth rogue has generally amazing options for the entirety of the game (even not considering stuff like slick cane, which is theoretically viable for a huge chunk of the game but it's pretty unrealistic most of the time)

slick cane is an obvious outlier
If you consider the worse based on "I'll look at random weapons and base my judgement on whether they're better stealth or spam" , I can see your point
But if you're looking at just the best kill times for stealth rogue with a good setup, it's amazing overall

Well it's meant to be one of the first walls you face, he teaches you the bases of bullet hells
I don't think he hits particularly hard (as in, the single hits he does) except with the head, but if you don't know how to dodge him, he'll hit you a lot of times
inf skele is pretty heavy on the first go around but the damage is higher since the attacks aren't actually as difficult as they look
im mainly struggling on the attack where the hands shoot out purple flames
The trick there is simply move entirely vertically
i can't figure out a way to dodge it consiantly

Unless you mean the purple flames WAVE attack instead of the.... Flower? Pattern
fair it's probably the least readable attack, you just gotta move vertical, barely any horizontal needed

too late, i've finished a playthrough of calamity + wrath of the gods 😭 when i first started i tried searching for online modpacks because i am used to modding mc and i found out none exist so i just added calamity because its the only one i know, wrath of the gods because i knew it from nameless deity, and magic storage because i thought i need it (plus some qol)

If you do ever experience issues I'd recommend replacing boss checklist with boss checklist lite, because for some reason boss checklist makes some really weird stuff happen sometimes

you can't get the terminus if you don't have infernum diffculty enabled on a infernum world

Enable the mod, generate world, then turn on difficulty
If you don't wanna play in the difficulty, then don't generate the world with infernum altogether
make a large world

i am a UT fangame player sooooo i think i'll have a great time with these bosses
skeletron very much feels like a step up in difficulty
skeletron for some reason was the hardest pre-hardmode boss in normal CAL for me
i only remeber struggling on DoG on my first calamity playthrough
