There is a patch that exists which can lift the restriction stopping you from using advanced difficulties
It is possible to play on gfb by generating the world without Infernum and enabling it afterwards
It is possible to play on FTW and Master just out of the box
But none of those are very advisable options due to the fact that the patch does absolutely nothing to ensure that it works properly afterwards. The vast majority of that patch's filesize comes from its thumbnail alone. It's not a patch, it's trespassing beyond a "do not enter" sign lmao

If you want bigger numbers, then you can use Fargo's Mutant Mod's boss/enemy health/damage sliders which works flawlessly on Infernum
