Wrath of the Gods already comes with a solution, you can just craft the Genesis components if you didn't install before making the world or made the world on an old version. This bypasses the quests.

I haven't tried fighting avatar of emptiness yet but she let me set up her camp, fix the telescope, skip the permafrost quest through that other mod, she grabbed the seed from the ceaseless void portal that generated, and I have the option to do mars on draedon. I haven't tried it yet admittedly but other than the permafrost thing I've run into no issues
