The red laser type one you mean when she aims at you then does a sweeping laser while shooting projectiles and spawning demons, or the laser wheel like she does right after brothers?

The first one is just a matter of circling close around her, and while she's charging it up you can even use it as an opportunity to deal more damage by getting close and using dragon rage

The second one is making a big circle around the arena while speeding up to enter the gap in the rings of projectiles, and dodge the last few rings that usually happen after the wheel itself is gone. I tend to start right below calamitas, then I try to go up pretty fast, dodge a ring there, then dodge another while falling on the right side , and end up in the bottom center/left to dodge the last few rings
