The abyss spawns and abyss items being unobtainable is because of the rework that changes the structure to give a lot of things fixed spawn locations, and the removal of abyss chests in favor of obtaining the items in other ways

The providence thing is because they got fixed spawn locations in the world

This is a very good mod but it's absolutely harder than basecal, with some options being even harder than infernum

Of course it changes the game immensely because it's 2 big content mods added into one, with this add-on it also reworks a good chunk of calamity bosses too, so even more content
