Oh for that, I found you can skip it pretty consistently! If when she does the circling laser attack you get close enough to use dragon rage for a bit before the attack proper starts, you'll get her to 45% before the end of the second hydra attack

Easier to use, and I'd argue against it not being safe. Play it right and sepulcher can't even attack you, you can entirely script him

Go in the top left corner, hook there, stay hooked until you hear the first 2 explosive projectiles come, unhook, go right a bit, dash towards left onto the sepulcher, and then try following it a second

And he'll never hit you
