@heady ridge for infernum moonlord, there's one thing I recommend mainly: damage the hand eyes equally. After the head eye pops out, moonlord will start doing attacks that leave the hand eyes vulnerable for a very long amount of time, until another eye pops out. However, the two eye phase considerably slows down the fight, because during most of those attacks, the third eye is immune to damage. So what you CAN do is to ensure you make the two hand eyes pop open during the same attack, so you skip right from one eye popped open, to three eyes popped open

Heres breakdown as to why terra spark boots shouldnt give more speed:
Lightning boots get their extra speed from 2 accesoaries used in their crafting, aka that one wind thing and aglet
To craft the ice boots you need ice skating boots that ONLY allow to walk on ice meaning you are not getting any speed boost
To craft the terra spark boots you need boots that give 7 seconds of lava resistance and allow to walk on lava.
So i have no idea where terra spark boots will get their speed bonus from

And its expensive to reforge terra spark boots compared to lightning boots

So theres literally no point in making them before you can make angel tracers or something

so neither will infernum or calamity change that
