I'd probably recommend trying it out without many add-ons then for now

If you really want one and have a decently good PC (because the mod is very unoptimized), wrath of the gods is compatible with infernum, and doesn't affect its balance. Although Kevin is probably a tad bit too strong for avatar of emptiness and nameless deity.
