The line of Legendary weapons seem to have wildly inaccurate damage listed on their tooltips. Using a freshly created non-Legendary character, Legendary Cannon's damage is stated to be 280, however upon equipping the Green Scouter which boosts ki damage by 5%, the ki damage listed on the tooltip shot up from 290 to 480. This same number went down to 457 when the scouter was equipped in the helmet slot even though it should not have changed at all.
