As far as I can tell the attacks all function as intended

it's just that I'm baffled by the decision-making of whoever made it do that

When Infernum and Souls are both loaded, the game will choose one to take priority based on config and then inherit AI and stats from the appropriate mod

If Souls takes priority then Infernum does nothing but cause issues

If Infernum takes priority then the Infernum bosses, especially later on, will become too weak to compete with the generally increased power level of Souls

I have an update on my cursed Infernum/Fargo's Souls run that somehow works even though it shouldn't:
It turns out having both Eternity Mode and Infernum Mode on at the same time makes EoW completely intangible for some reason

but the entire projectile is negated regardless

it also gives u +10% max life

better movement speed

and 30% increased flight time
