Anyways uhhhh, so by default, you deal 100% of your base damage

Damage bonuses add to that value. Add Avenger Emblem and you suddenly begin dealing 112% of your base damage

When stacking additively, the comparative difference between the modified damage value before and after adding another source of damage becomes smaller and smaller the more bonuses you have

E.x. 120% bonus damage = 100% + 120% = 220% of base damage

Add on 12% from the Avenger Emblem to bring that to 232%

Only about a 5% increase compared to damage without the supposed 12% increase!

Multiplicative damage will apply equally regardless of modified damage, because the larger one’s modified damage is, the larger the bonus

220% * 1.2x = 264%

A 44% increase (three and two thirds Avenger Emblems)
