If you want a good Thorium + Calamity mod, Calamity Bard and Healer expansion is really good, but there are some weapons that are too overpowered lategame and i would suggest banning them from your playthrough. Also the creator of that mod made a mod that reworks most Thorium bosses to be harder.
Ragnarok is still worth adding for certain features though, but it will clog up certain armorsets.
