Also, when u become skilled enough and can steal several cars in a row without damage or blowing up u can take advantage of the hangar speed boost by simply flying it out

Like with the barge water mission ur ideally gonna want to park on shore and snipe most the guys so u dont get railed with bullets by the time ur able to pick it up
