Yea sourcing is very efficient if you have a full team and get it in one run, its still possible to do these even if your team isn't helping because there is for some source missions a vehicle / trailer you can cheese solo, even having 3 afk team-mates for the vehicle missions would be fine, only difficult if you get no-vehicle for it
