you can do it in freeroam in various parts of the map, simply by having someone else on your bike, falling just above the water level of the island causes you to get a giant speed buff from some vehicles (not exclusive to just bikes), to get a massive boost in the direction your vehicle is facing and basically really funni, mainly due to having another person on your bike you create just enough lag for the game to freak out and not tell who to reset so it just keeps you in that weird state until you either have both players leveled (or driver becomes lower than passenger), or you dismount the vehicle
