For future reference a good way to get out of infinite loads like that in a public session is to open Resource Monitor, suspend process for GTA5enhanced.exe and then Resume Process after about 7-10 seconds. It will force you into a Solo Public, but at least you'll be out of the clouds without restarting the whole game.

The claimable cars aren't super often. Maybe one every 5-6 weeks. Agency safe is based on contracts completed (maxes at 201) and salvage yard has a base, but then increases when you tow cars back

2. dcmm first then cmm
3. pvp vehicles are recommended
4. get deluxo or raiju, where the raiju is better for missions
5. vehicle warehouse vehicles are for fun, not for grinding
6. wignus makes you hard to hit and its good in races
