The only times it hasn't worked for me is when my ISPs modem shits itself, which at that point is on comcrap.

the dxdiag command will give you info, but its split into different tabs (the main one, and then the display one)

the other options, like the menu with the "Rename this PC" option will give you everything but your GPU. Lastly, task manager's second tab will have a decent amount of info if all the graphs are shown

@earnest sphinx Ok, figured it out, I realized I fucked up with that python program a little bit, but it should work. The only issue that might be present is the file will output in .mkv format.

You will need to do some calculations on file sizes though. multiply the file size by 1024, then divide it by 20 to figure out the bitrate.

Paste that into a python IDE and run it.

From what I can tell, downloading it from yt5s, the bitrate is 210KB, so you'll need to put the target size as 5x the current file size. I'd do 6x just to be safe.

And the only real next gen console with no real supply issue i have seen is the Series S, and thats been sold for 50$ under msrp even. If you don't mind a streaming machine or (Xbox pass) console its a good deal in most cases.

The plume service is normally a subscription, but I get it for free because of where I work. Opendns can be configured for most routers (unless you're using linksys, then a firmware bug prevents using static DNS when your ISP provides a dynamic connection).

Need help, when I turn on my PC, the fans are running and all but there's no display

I turned it on and off for like 2 times now

And waited like 10mins and still no sign of life

Fans were running at full speed for some reason so its noisy
