Turbo boost on the other hand highly dependent on temperature, so it will boost higher if you have lower temperatures and that's why most laptop users prefer undervolting.

My LAN is a bit of a hashed together mess, with a tplink ax1600 router being used as my primary router to replace a linksys wrt1900ac that was (temporarily) bricked, and that's hooked up to a plume mesh system set up in AP mode I got from my job for free.

Try resetting your CMOS on the motherboard. The quick and dirty way is to remove the CMOS battery, unplug the power cord, then push the power button.

Put the CMOS battery back in then plug the power in afterwards.
