Well, it appears trying to even read the eeprom chip did not work on those cards, but they worked on a few bricked legit cards I have. Even worse, those chips caused a short which bricked my ch341A.

Nvm, after looking around, it bricked because of extended use because the idiot who designed it connected 5 volts to the chip when it can only handle 3.3v

That may also explain why I couldn't read the EEPROM chip.

Download the HP drivers, your laptop should've came with them. Look in your files and downloads application. Your drivers are the only way to control that.

I don't get this superiority complex for different languages. You use what works. Python specifically has a wide variety of industry applications, with the only downside being execution time. For that, you use C, C++, C#, or another lower level language.

You can only use 1 GPU brand not another. Except in certain case for integrated graphics.

On Intel, you can use the integrated graphics as a media encoder for streaming and recording with external application, its called QuickSync Video and pretty much been in intel CPU with integrated graphics since forever.

Could definitely be a cpu bottleneck. You have a powerful GPU but not a powerful enough CPU to use the 3060s full power. But the gpu is being utilized more here so idk

In which case yeah, you are kinda CPU bottlenecked, shift the utilization to GPU.

Crank up the details and lower population density and keep draw distance as high as possible without hitching.
