split it to have one go into the capture device and other into tv

i had to disassemble it a couple times

first time i started the pc and was like this is so quiet

the fan wasn't spinning

turns out the stock fan used a connector with inverted polarity

still wasn't spinning

then it turned out that when making 3pin fan to 2pin jst "adapter", i cut the wrong wires (got the ground right tho)

it works now and it's so good

also had to use pliers to pull on the grill a bit bc it was rubbing against the fan
