If you got an i7 2600 and 780ti back in 2013 you're still able to play almost everything at 60fps at some combination of settings. Cyberpunk and RDR2 require dipping under 1080p though

you have to download the bios .exe file -> extract with 7zip -> extract the biosfile itself using a python program -> use the main bios file and find overclocking lock and cfg lock-> extract the file within the bios -> find offset address for overclocking lock and cfg lock -> boot via bios editor bootable usb -> edit those variables -> save and exit

then it will just stay there in the main factory bios forever (even if you reset factory the bios)
It will also make it less likely for cpu to do a prochot which means better gpu performance
