Ok very weird i press the power button on the pc all the lights turn on fan spins but then it shuts off itself i do it again same thing and always boots up normally the 3rd time

btw I found the solution somehow, until today I was a diehard fan of Virtualbox and never tried VMware, but after trying VMware today I found that it has the exact feature I was looking for, it doesn't connect the devices automatically to the host os, It asks first which os you want the connected device be attached to.

Make sure you're not using fullscreen/exclusive fullscreen

Games before DX12 and Vulkan have a tendency to die when you do this, DX12 can be forced to have exclusive fullscreen and those games suffer higher latency and also die when using it

Switch to Borderless and see if it helps
Fullscreen causes completely random behavior after an ALT+TAB, anything from your left and right audio channels swapping to a BSoD can happen

Misleading the kid... 5600x has no graphics in it
the problem is a good board + cpu (no extra fans) + a simple 1050ti costs 515 pounds -- for example B550-A Pro + 5600X + MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
