The motherboard is out of stock on all them sites would think it's deleted. The processor don't think it's unlocked so no good for over clocking just boost mode at 4.2 so apart from 2 extra cores which just help with running lots of things at a time no better than what you got really. Do cpu v cpu on the Web.

You can technically block one IP address in your firewall + kick you out of the lobby using game kick function -- technically they becomes everyone -> vote kick you out

The same way they can change everybody's name they can vote kick on everybody's behalf

On a PS you can't really block anyone -- unless you have a PC on the side -> block people in your modem/router

the only way i can think of to achieve this is to use a menu to get their IP and then block incoming signals from that IP on your router settings page

or maybe u could do it in windows firewall so it doesnt affect every PC in your house lol
