just grab whichever you think looks nicest if you really want a heatsink. It likely won't do much for a drive mounted in that spot, and a passive cooling setup won't cool the NAND to the point where its inefficient. Things will be fine either way

18 seconds from cold is okay. You can probably cut most of that time off by using fast boot + fast startup and disabling checks for legacy hardware in your UEFI

@brave field GPUs generally wear out less when constantly mining than constant gaming, so I would go with a miner's card over a gamer's card for a used GPU. However, I would also swap out the fans on it because miner cards generally wear out the fans.

PheonixMiner/TeamREDMiner and so many other softwares now tank your difficulty if your GPU gets near 83C. If they're using something like NiceHash, it'll also attempt to get an undervolt automatically.

But for memory, I do think hitting ~100C on G6X when mining ETHash-based coins still isn't good. There aren't any statistics on how long VRAM has to stay at that temp or higher to receive damage, but its known that at least 3 years of constant use causes nothing problematic. I don't think they'd work for the 15-20 years DDR/DDR2 remain working for, though.

The steps in that image use the quotient rule to calculate the derivative of something. The first line is the quotient rule itself. The second line is the answer to the derivative after the rule is applied. You can also solve it with the chain rule (depending on the actual question).

@rustic cape unless you're looking to really start an entire mining setup, you should let that be an afterthought. You don't make a huge amount of money with one GPU and CPU (probably around $6.35 per 24 hours) , and swapping between your stock tuning and your mining tuning can get annoying on one system

The 3060ti and 3080 are best value if you really wanted a single-GPU setup for games, mining, and your editing

If the editing doesn't matter much, that 6700XT becomes an option again

I'm looking for a pc and found this guy selling one with these specs (no graphics card)

Is it good?, he's saying 165 for the pc + monitor, keyboard and mouse

You can get an i5 or i7 optiplex for around that price though

Should have mentioned most refurbished/used optiplex models wont come with a drive.

I'd offer him 125 and go from there

Check the monitor though, if it's not a more modern 16:9 one, and is one of those older 4:3 models, it's not worth enough to drive up the price of the whole package.

I found an optiplex with a 4570 16 gb ram and a 250 gb ssd for 120 bucks

There are ebay systems at 2/3 that price with i5-7xxx and such, kbm included. You can likely get much better deals locally.
