Sounds like the PC is fine to me. If it was working and nothing was changed, its probably still working now. Maybe the Tv doesn't like the BIOS/UEFI resolution and ignores it, or the cable has been damage in that time frame?

I don't know what this specifically is, but it's basically any image with text data added after the end of the actual file. You can, for example, add python code to the end of an image and make it an emoji, profile pic etc. and it will trigger this detection

It opened the actual presentation after a few seconds, so the actual file is probably hidden while it places a replacement there

the cpu pinout diagram should be checked, you may be lucky and broke 2 identical pins, as there are many identical pins on there like multiple Ground pins or 12V pins
but if you broke key pins, you're gonna have problems

go to safe mode, run the tool as admin and uncheck all registery keys and services associated with defender.
