I'm having trouble moving a game to my second monitor (TV). Normally I just ALT-ENTER a game to put it in windowed, drag it over to the second monitor, then ALT-ENTER again to blow it back up to full screen. a few things is it might be dirt build up, or if it's an aftermarket controller that the company used a cheaper stick and it's wearing out. I had issues with a PDP brand one and replaced it. Then I had one I didn't realize till years later, the controller had a horrid input delay.

The price point with a cheaper CPU was less than $30, so I chose to stick with it for best results.

Try and call their phone number, it is an answerphone message 24/7, letting you know they are too busy to take your call. Next try to email them, they will reply at around 2 to 4am, that is well outside of UK office hours.
