In order to run your pc smooth always keep like 100 GB free on your windows drive

I'll give you very fine advice if you're ready to reinstall windows and have around $30 budget you don't need any high end SSD for your windows just get any sata 2.5 but a brand and has more than 500mbs speed I recommend WD Blue 500 GB Sata 2.5 550mbs install windows on that and keep few games they'll run fast don't worry about that and keep 100 GB free always and do whatever in your other drives don't store much data on that SSD in order to save your work from getting lost when reinstalling windows we just have to move few files and reinstall apps and this advice goes to everyone who face problems in their pc and often reinstall windows

This will save so much time and you won't lose mental health when your pc crash(when there's no hope just reinstall windows)

Although you won't even face issues with your windows after this when you keep 100 GB and don't click on fantasy links

but also consider 1440p with FSR Ultra Quality or Quality

Anything below Native/FSRAA is unusable when yor output is 1080p, but you might get okay results at 1440p

Your board only officially lists 3200mhz support. It can hit 3600mhz just fine, but the memory controller in the 3200g isn't super friendly.

You can definitely get 24gb by keeping your old stick but you'll be back in the troubleshooting-tinkering-black screen cycle until you get it tuned, if the green stick doesn't require you to slow the others down
