Well, i'm not an expert. Googling windows disk "not initialised" gives some tips.

If i was in your position, i would check the disk via some Linux distros to see if windows is acting up.

first you can try turning off the pc, switching off the power supply and pressing the power button a dozen times
then open the case, unplug the drive (both cables if sata) and firmly plug back in
then turn on the power supply and then the pc
if it doesn't work then do what tommy suggested
