It mostly comes down to noise and cooling, some are better some are worse

A twisted pair cable has 8 pairs of wires twisted together to make 4 cores. 2 of those cores send data and the other 2 return back (Might be wrong on this). The spine prevents the cable from being bent 360 degrees to stop it from being bent into a position where data transfer cannot occur

Am I correct up to this point?
