I will say, using x4 LFG on EFT has noticeably improved the felt responsiveness despite dropping down to real 20 fps on maps like streets, so maybe they've smoothed out some of the latency issues for version 3.0, at least on single gpu.

your server has Java 17 but you need to use Java 21

update your server java version
