It's really nice. Packaging is high quality and so is the actual controller. It has some heft to it as well. My only complaint is that in order for it to fit your phone it's spring loaded so it can fit snug, I wish there was a way to lock it in place when you hold it open to put your phone in because I was showing my dad it and it snapped shut on his finger and I've almost done the same a couple times

Microsoft and hp are so scummy:
We purchased an hp laptop which was exactly the same as the one we own
I installed windows 10 and for some reason windows update didn't install any driver for it... like even wifi and TouchPad doesn't work....
I went to hp website and there's no option for windows 10 so i download windows 11 drivers anyway and installed them and they worked just fine on windows 10
All this shit of blocking drivers in windows updates and not include them in their site just to get more windows 11 users.

You have two ways... first is going over the part manufacturer and see if they have it like for example realtek wireless or audio drivers
