You're not supposed to put anything on top of AV receivers, as they cool via natural convection (heat rising).

If you don't have the space to put it next to it, I'd use some stable pieces (whatever scrap material that you don't find ugly) to support the feet of the record player to create an air gap.

You can delete the device entry in device manager. It'll make Windows re-assign the driver and treat it as a new device if it helps at all. devmgmt.msc -> [(if disconnected) View -> Show hidden ->] Right click -> Uninstall

Does windows update still function on windows 8.1 for getting drivers

I tried to install windows 8.1 but it went so bad there wasn't even a mouse driver and I had to use the keyboard to set it up and I thought it was just the PE but turned out the driver didn't exist at all

Sorry, was picking someone up at the airport. From reading up a bit:

1. Do get wire cutters/strippers, that will make everything a lot easier.

2. That Sony center speaker has such a low impedance that you would have to wire it in a way to make it usable to the receiver. I'd just use a different one.

3. Test the speakers individually for quality. If it sounds like trash, no need in even connecting it as it won't elevate the experience that much.

Uhh ok theoretically speaking, in a perfect world of P=U*I, you're getting a system of ~500W? You have a mismatch in your system from the impedance of each equipment, if I measure (1/2.7 + 1/1.3)‐¹ = around 0.9ohms

and source 2 uses valves rubikon phys engine while source uses microsofts havoc

instead of webm backgrounds and a pedestal model
