I was having trouble getting SIT to work via port forwarding on my computer, so I looked into the firewall rules that were already applied to my router.

Turns out, I had a firewall rule where EVERY SINGLE FUCKING PORT forwarding to my home server.

Got that rule disabled and now I can run shit on both my computer and my server properly.

Your cpu score is better than mine with a 5800x3d, with a bunch of fine tuning tuning in the bios, so I'd say you're on the right track. The graphics score is usually the easiest to increase, so that part shouldn't be an issue

At times, it blindly does i7/r7 > i5/r5 even when the lower tier product is more powerful

But there's some games that will run into a CPU bottleneck no matter what you do or what hardware you buy. ArmA 3 is a good example.

The way to "solve" your bottleneck on that site is to lower the percentage, which means downgrade and get a worse system most of the time

and if you're not the most informed, the next lowest percentage the site will give is for something like a G4560 paired with a 750ti

And all of that is very subjective.

It would help to look at a hardware configuration you're interested in getting and viewing a video of how they work in multiple games.
