i set up a syncthing vm on my prox and then learned that it doesn't support multiuser... or something

well i use syncthing only for maintaining backups
in my case its backing up my phones to the pc and server

all these shitty cloud apps merge everything in one folder

i linked my nas to my phone (natively, not through an app [not counting My Files as an app]), so I just do photo/video dumps every month or two so I don't have to depend on GDrive

Dumping files isn't ideal
You need your files automatically synced to your NAS once any changes occur
My phone does that when it's connected to my home wifi and charging.
