To actually answer your question simply: Usually positive (assuming speed is constant). If you have 4 fans, and your case only has front, top, and rear to choose from, I'd run 3 in the front, one in the back.

I'd run the intake slower than the exhaust though

i bought a 70 bucks xiaomi recently because i need a cheap phone for traveling, and i prefer iOS unfortunately. android feels really clunky in some areas

there's no permanent black bar on the bottom with three icons

i dont have to fuck around with preinstalled "cleaners" that tell me how good they are cleaning up 2mb of cache files everyday

downloading my legit ebooks with firefox + adblock is quite nice tho
